Redesigned graphics and edited/rebuilt program materials

Per client wishes, I removed weapons from the animal designs and replaced them with the books, as this program was used in out-of-school-time programming geared toward mostly elementary and middle school-aged children. I also customized the colors."

Banner designed specifically for the Reading Warriors Bingo printable distributed to Texas ACE grantees participating in the program.

For this project I worked with a colleague to revitalize an old program in which participating out-of-school-time programs had students track reading over the course of the summer or a semester to earn rewards. We initially did a summer test run and then used that data to pitch restarting the full semester programs.

We used Google Sheets to distribute tracking sheets to program directors, which we then compiled to name a "winning" program and to use in the pitch.

I created all-new graphics, updated old Google sheets, and created new communication materials regarding the summer program, including instructions and email updates. I also created this "Reading Warriors Bingo" printable, which we distributed to participating programs to print for their students.

Using the then-current official Texas ACE PowerPoint template, I also designed and wrote this short presentation of our Summer 2024 results plus ideas for program expansion, which we presented to our program director.
