Project Notes
  • Led the transition to a weekly newsletter rather than sending multiple emails per week, creating a new template and taking over preparing and sending the newsletter each week
  • Created graphics for the My Texas ACE grantee information website
  • Created other graphics and documents as needed for Texas ACE communications
  • Acted as point of contact with the Westat graphics and 508 compliance teams for the creation of the 2024-25 Texas ACE Calendar
  • Acted as point of contact with the Westat graphics and 508 compliance teams for the creation of a new PowerPoint template for the Texas ACE project

Created using Adobe Photoshop as a template to be edited whenever we needed to send a customized thank-you note to grantees who presented at meetings. There was also a version where the first sentence referred to providing hospitality which we used for grantees who hosted trainings/meetings.
